  Took us a few minutes, and I mean a very long few minutes while we sat in the car trying to figure out if the people inside were there just for kicks or if they were the employees. After about 10 min of watching them stand around, talk, giggle, look directly at us at the speaker and then continue to talk and giggle, one of them finally took our order to our amazement! Thank God we weren't hungry, I would've hated for them to miss out on the fun they were having instead of ya know... working. But... food was hot and fresh and they were very pleasant to finally talk to lol! 😉

  A lot of volume, could use some more encouragement from the more advanced staff members toward the younger staff members

  Nice place to eat, clean, friendly service, and great food most of the time. Service is good but sometimes slow and seem to not want to be at work. Could have a better attitude at work some of them.

  I love using Nordstrom Rack online and through their app, but this store is a little disappointing with its selection. Definitely order online, and they're great about returns, hence the 4 stars. I've found some amazing deals that way.

  Love how everything is organized! Loved how easy it was to look through the products. Found a pair of memory sole comfort insert running shoes. My too go shoes for running!

  Omg by far the best retail experience I've ever had! Tonia is the best!!! So attentive and kind. She helped me out to find an outfit for my interview. She even called up to the cashier to wish me luck. The young lady cashier was the sweetest as well. They found a customer for life. Great prices too! I usually shop online but will now go into the store as well. I recommend this place for sure!!

  Bought two great pieces of luggage for a great price. Store was packed but check out speed was reasonable for the volume of people shopping.
