Tom takes time to ask you about your needs and finds the best plan for you
I have used Advance Senior Options for the past 3 yrs(I did it myself online the first time, NEVER AGAIN!) and was very confused and felt like I had made the wrong selection. Thom interviewed me, he asked questions to determine my needs and then showed me the plans that best met my needs. He made it seem so easy that last year I thought I could do it myself, what a mistake. I had to call and ask Thom to PLEASE fit me in his busy schedule. It was only a few days left to make a selection, so I thought I would just stay with the plan I was on. I did have some new goals and after discussing them with Thom, he showed me a plan that better met my new goals! Bless you, Thom, for working with me at the last minute!
