The Door Christian Church

Extremely thankful for The Gafors. If it wasn’t for Pastor Gafors prayers, encouragement, and just love of Jesus that he displayed when I needed it the most. I would’ve not made it.

In 2021 I went through the darkest time of my life and it’s now 2023 and I’m on the other end.
God grabbed a hold of my heart and changed not only myself but my family and whole generation that’s to come. I surrendered my life to Christ and I know that I couldn’t have done any of it in my own strength. Yet God showed up in the form of Pastor Gafor, His lovely wife, and his congregation.
Chains were broken, no longer in bondage, I walk in the Freedom that was purchased in FULL when my Lord and savior died for me!!!
Jesus is still in the business of doing Miracles!!!
If he can do it for me, he can most certainly do it for you.

I'm from Oklahoma and here to visit. I don't really like the huge churches that you can get lost in while attending. This church is the kind of of church I'm accustomed to from back home. As soon as I entered, I was welcomed by two gentlemen named Emmanuel and Angel. They immediately made me feel at home and comfortable. I got there early, so I had some time to kill. Angel told me that I could sit and pray or read my Bible in the sanctuary. Loved his response to me being there early. Shortly thereafter, the pastor of the church came up to me as I was sitting. We began to talk, and I shared with him my situation. He didn't seem high and mighty. He was very meek and easy going; he also was humorous and down to earth. My impression of him confirmed to me he is a true man of God and full of the Holy Spirit. I'm thankful God led me here this morning.

Solid biblical preaching. Wonderful atmosphere.
I love the multicultural dimension to this congregation where everyone is excepted

So awesome! Love this church! Everyone welcome! I encourage you to visit and be a part of what God is doing in the city! I attend when I'm in the area. The preaching is great and the people are encouraging and super caring!
