Dr Gibson-Hull and her staff have been very attentive and professional with all of our children for eight years. She has been their pediatrician since birth. They will squeeze you in if you need an appointment. I have always trusted them with their care. We moved to Houston 2 years ago and have not found a pediatrician that we are comfortable with yet.

We had a great experience with the NP we met at our first appointment. She was very personable and knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care. We did not get the opportunity to meet Dr. Hull.

Unfortunately, as great as the provider was, the office staff did not meet the same level of professionalism. I'm not sure if it is a lack of knowledge or a lack of training but the staff does not appear to have a working knowledge of the Family Medical Leace Act, requirements of, or what it covers. While dissapointing and time consuming fortunately this is something that can be corrected in the future with training as the staff do seem to be nice people.

    Edit - Update.

At the next appointment the misunderstanding was discussed and resolved with an acceptable and appropriate outcome with Dr. Hull herself. Misunderstandings on behalf of both parties (myself included) contributed to the initial confusion. It's evident that Dr. Hull does not only care about her actual patients but the families as a whole as well.

Dr. Hull has been my son’s pediatrician since he was a few months old. She has always been great with him and with me. Once, he had a condition that Children’s thought was ringworms but wasn’t. We went to Dr. Hull and she immediately diagnosed him and prescribed the correct medication. She is awesome.
