I can't believe I have never written a review about one of my FAVORITE places in Arlington, Texas! Yes, I was standing in a LONG line at one of the popular drugstores to pick up my prescriptions one day when I just couldn't take it anymore. The lines, the customers complaining loudly, the wrong drug, the 'we don't carry that' excuse finally wore me down. I made the switch after leaving one of my doctors' offices in the same building and saw Highpoint Pharmacy beckoning to me with it's open window, NO lines and smiles on the employees. That was an 'AH HA' moment for me and all I needed to make it my one and only. In the years I have been a customer I have never waited in line, never had any mistakes with my prescriptions and have never been treated less than kindly. They are my favorite people and now they are my FRIENDS.
I will always use this pharmacy as long as Karen and Loren are there. They are very nice ppl and they always have my medicine in stock unlike pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens. When I am out of town they will mail me my medication as I need it and they are very quick. Only downside is they do not take that pharmacy discount card some doctors offices hand out. I cannot say for sure how they rank in terms of price, but without insurance it doesn't seem overpriced. But even if I could save a few bucks going somewhere else I wouldn't because of the excellent service they offer at highpoint.
Pharmacy is in a small office building but it is so worth the effort to find. The entire staff is extremely friendly and remember your name. They are great about filling ALL medications quickly and not giving you a hard time. They always do what they say they're going to do. The pharmacist (Lauren) has been a pharmacist for a long time and knows what he's doing. He is kind, understanding and will help you in any way he can. I won't go anywhere else (and I've been to many pharmacies) w/5 girls and a disabled husband along w/my ailments I've tried most pharmacies in the area. Absolutely the best pharmacy and would recommend to everyone! The only downside is they dont accept online discounts like goodrx but that's it. Hands down, the best pharmacy I've ever worked with. They help me with many prescriptions that I don't get 90 day supplies of via mail order.
