New Heights Spa and Wellness

I've been coming to New Heights for over a year and let me say Krystal is the GREATEST! I moved to Dallas in Sept and still make my trip to Arlington to get my 90 mins massage!

Not only was Kristina very professional, she was very personable as well. My massage was phenomenal. I’m not from Arlington, but it’s worth the hour+ drive to see this woman. This was my first experience with her, but won’t be my last.

Kristina did an excellent job! She attended to my pain specifically and really helped me enjoy my massage. I would definitely recommend coming to see her as she will help you feel more relaxed and help ease the tension you may have built up.

I had strained my back at work pretty severe to the point I was unable to get off the Dr table after a visit. I made a call to MassageMeKT and asked to get in soon as she could. Kristina was very considerate and was able to see me the next morning. Immediately she was able to find the problem area on my lower back which shows the knowledge of her practice. The rest of the day was normal pain that I had from the injury. The next morning I woke and tried to stand up, but I did so without pain! Kristina nailed it! The feeling of relief was immeasurable from the pain I felt the day before. I cannot thank Kristina enough or recommend anyone higher than I do her. She is an Intelligent and beautiful lady that knows what she is doing. I definitely will be returning for regular visits here. Thank you again Kristina

Kristina is amazing!!! She has one of the most comfortable massage tables with plenty of room. The ambiance is very relaxing and soothing. Her massages are unbelievable. It’s like her hands had a road map to all my stress. Her app makes scheduling such a breeze. Plus,she has specials all the time.
