Bath Fitter

Mike, my Bathfitter installer, did a great job! He was very courteous and clean, fast and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with our decision to use this company! Everything was as promised.

The handheld shower head in our shower broke. Today Juan Acevedo from Bath Fitter came to replace the part. He was right on time and very professional. The new part was covered under the warranty.

The bathtub in our other bathroom had a leak and the tub was spongy. Juan Acevedo cam today and replaced the tub. I think it looks even better than the original. He does beautiful work!! We are so happy to have had Juan work with us again today. Thank you!

Kudos to Leah and Jake! During the freeze, a pipe burst behind the shower wall. Leah arranged for Jake to come out and cap off the water until the replacement parts come it. She kept us informed with excellent communication throughout the process. Jake, the plumber, kept at it until we had a solution and could use water throughout the rest of the house. It wasn’t easy, as he kept finding more leaks and had to tear out more and more of the wall. He was determined to find a solution and did! Thanks to both of you!

We had the most wonderful experience with Bath Fitters converting our bathtub to a walk in shower. I can't say enough good things about Juan Acevedo, who completed our project in one day and left not one speck of dust, debris or dirt when he was finished. He was professional, considerate and highly skilled at what he did. Bath Fitters is fortunate to have Juan on their team.
