  Perla is THE BEST manager I've ever had, hands down! She has gone out of her way to make sure my issues are handled in a timely manner. I love my apartment and the maintenance guys are great too!

  We really like living here! It's pretty quiet, since we live towards the back of the property. The valet trash is nice and the office staff have always been very kind to us. The wooded area right against our unit is beautiful and gives us a little touch of nature, despite living in a large, busy city. They go out of their way to remember our names and unit number, despite it being a pretty large complex. Rent is reasonable considering the amenities. The only reason we gave it four stars is because the fitness center was closed from April 5th - September 28th. That was a little disappointing, since the fitness center was one of the reasons we chose this complex over other ones. The gate is also broken frequently, but it is usually fixed within a few days. We've met a few of our neighbors and they are very kind. Maintenance responds quickly. Even when we had a leak in the middle of the night, we had someone at our door within 10 minutes. Overall, a lovely complex with very kind staff.

  I've been here 7 months, and everything has been great! The apartments are beautiful and the floor plans are spacious (including the patios). When I moved in, the apartment was SPOTLESS, and whenever I've had a maintenance request, they've responded very quickly. When I had some black particles coming through my shower, the maintenance guy even cleaned the tub for me to remove the staining. I feel safe here and the majority of my neighbors are great. These apartments are quiet and peaceful. Any complaints, I feel, are handled quickly and diplomatically by the leasing office. I would recommend The Cliffs to any friends or family of mine.
