No fuss. Quick and easy. 5/5
Listen, This KeyMe locations is AWESOME. Let me tell you Sherin (rep) saved the day. I ordered a replacement car key fab for my Hyundai Elantra 2017 and he overnighted the request. I then contacted my apartment leasing office and they found the key fab that one of the maintenance crew picked up. I called KeyMe back the following morning to cancel the order and was totally expecting to pay for the key fab of about $325. Sherin, told me he would find out where his tech was at and he would call me back, which to my surprise he told me since we found the key fab and ordering this type of key for the Hyndai Elantra is really hard to get, he cancelled the entire order and will be refuding me my entire order of approx. $600. I have never used KeyMe's service before and honestly, this is the first time I've heard of them. I am so blessed and so thankful that they did this for me and didn't have to. By this act of kindness and them hoping that I will use their service in the future makes me think this company really puts "CUSTOMER SATISFICATION" first and foremost.
So, Sherin. I can't thank you enough and I will definately be saving your company's telephone number if I am ever in need of a good to honest locksmith company.
This is a great first time experience and due to this I will be telling my friends and family about KeyMe.
I like this place it's not over crowded they guy that program my key remote was nice and professional good customer service 👍
The machine is really easy to use. House keys are $5 but I needed to go to Tom Thumb anyway so the convenience is great. There’s even an option to save your key image with a finger print and email so that if you lose your key another one could be made. I didn’t use it but I thought it was interesting. Takes maybe 2 minutes for a key.
Super easy and cheaper than going to the dealership!
