Ray Jay's Bike Shop

I took my bikes here for a few repairs and tune ups. I enjoyed the small business vibe and was happy with the help I received. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will come here for all of my bicycle needs!

My experience with Ray Jay bikes was phenomenal! We were in town for a bike camp for special needs children/adults that my daughter was attending, and were told that we needed a riser for her handlebars. I brought in the riser that the camp gave us, but Ray showed me why it wouldn't work. The part needed to be ordered, but we didn't have time to wait so Ray had someone go pick up the part in town and had the bike ready the SAME DAY! It was not just an easy fix either. He added all new brake cables, and made some adjustments. It was the BEST customer service that I've seen in awhile! You can tell that Ray loves what he does and knows all things bike related.
The shop was very tidy and organized which I believe reflects on the attention to detail that you will get from this bike shop. I wish I lived nearby and I'd take all our bikes there for service!

LOVE THIS SHOP!!! This is the place to go if you want a quality bike AND a great experience. I went to several over bike shops and all they did was try to upsell me on everything. Ray Jay’s is only concerned about getting the right bike for YOU. The staff is awesome and is so willing to help even if you are new to cycling and mountain biking. Can’t recommend enough, love the place and the people. I got my Marin Novato from here and absolutely love it.

The first time I went to Ray's was for a flat tire on my specialized bike and the service so quick, I was very impressed, specially on covid times. I was also on the market for a mountain bike and boy did I hit the jackpot. Ray and his team are incredible, so personable and have so much knowledge about bikes. He took the time to explain so many things about MTB, the performance of the different bikes, the advantages and disadvantages, that I truly felt that I had a customized service, he wants to make sure you make the purchase that is right for you and will provide the best advice. I also rode some demo bikes from the shop on the local trail which made me truly understand what I was going to buy. I am so happy I got my MTB from RAY JAYs bike shop, you don't only get the best buying experience but also a personalized treatment and service from someone that truly cares and has a passion for biking.
