Century Pilates

Wonderful, totally equipped, clean, classic Pilates studio with "great people vibes"! Took a reformer/equipment class from Elizabeth while I was in town and so glad that I did!

I had spent years neglecting my health, not anymore. Finding this studio and this community of truly inspiring people has given me fresh perspective. We have to take care of ourselves to truly be our best, and since starting at Century Pilates four months ago I can honestly say that I feel better than I have in years. The studio is my safe place. No judgement and you are never made to feel any less if you aren’t perfect. Each instructor is there to make you feel comfortable with what you are capable of doing, but also can give you that push to do more than you thought you could.

The equipment is spectacular, instructors are motivating, and the owner has a love of traditional Pilates you can feel from the moment you meet her. If you are considering a Pilates studio in the Arlington area I wouldn’t take your search anywhere else, this is the studio you want.

I joined Century Pilates this past May after months of not doing any workouts. (I used to do daily HIIT classes in Dallas but canceled that gym membership since I started working from home due to the pandemic.)

I've never done classical pilates before and decided to check out Century Pilates since it's right by where I live. It's been amazing! The studio is nice and clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the instructors are fabulous. They're very hands-on and patient, and they all ensure everyone has the proper form and getting the most out of the sessions -- trust... you'll sweat and work out muscles you never knew you had.

I'm totally in love with pilates now, and my body (and waistline) thanks for that. Lower back pain has decreased, and I've been getting tone and strength back.

This studio is first class! I’ve taken Pilates at other area studios and nothing compares to This place. The equipment, instructors, front desk staff is all top shelf. The most important part of all is that it feels so good I find myself not wanting to leave. They even gave complimentary post-workout cold towels that are mango scented.

Century Pilates is the best! I walk in excited for the workout and always leave feeling refreshed, stretched out and strong. Each instructor provides a fun, unique class to keep you on your toes. Highly recommend!
