Viven was extremely amazing with helping us through our application process and showing us different options to help us find the perfect apartment, answered the phone as well as soon as I called and kept in touch with me through the process as Well. The manager is really sweet, nice and funny and willing to work with you if you show that your able to commit and communicate. I would only say some things may need a touch up but honestly they are willing to work with you to fix it and my neighbors can be a little more respectful

The Madrid has been great to me, Yvonne is such a sweetheart, and really handles business. She’s very honest and moves swiftly, she’s a woman of her word and I appreciate that given that I’ve had trouble with previous apartments in the area. My apartment is cute and I’m really glad to live here at the Madrid.

Just moved in, it was a great experience and easy. Yvonne the assistant manager went above and beyond to help us. Very professional, helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend people to live here, if your needing a apartment ask for Yvonne.
