Infinity was prompt in getting back to me, in getting my quote, and in delivery of services. I’ve had my carpets cleaned many times, but I’ve never experienced such a high level of service from a company. I will definitely be using them in the future!

If I had to highlight one of the most valuable services for me they provide, it would have to be organization. I’ve come to rely on Jacob (owner) and his team to keep me on track! They contact me to verify scheduling, reminders and random check ups to make sure I have all my needs met. They even call before holidays and other upcoming events they may need advance services provided. I’ve never worked with a company that provides a service like that with such accuracy and punctuality. I have not nor foresee ever utilizing any other company besides Infinity HD Carpet for the services they provide. I don’t refer many service providers very often but I would highly recommend utilization of Infinity HD’s services to everyone in need.
