The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.Our suite with the kitchenette and the balcony was very comfortable.I would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful hotel and the guy was very polite and helpful in appreciate his kindness to report Columbus policeman about my car was stolen I didn't expect that it happen I was so shocked but he try to understand me because I'm deaf Bless him my kindness many thanks for helping me today

The room was clean, the staff was excellent. The balcony was a nice size. I loved everything about it. Tyjaun and his staff is the best. They are my new friends. I won't be staying anywhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service of this whole team.. from front desk to the housekeeper who greeted me the next day with a big Ole hello ma'am and a smile. What a refreshing experience especially with all this Covid downer.. thanks for the great stay
