(November 16, 2020, 9:31 pm)Ordered the pho. I would have to say this is a well balanced bowl of pho. Many places lean to one side or the other- heavy bone broth, herbal (star anise/cinnamon), or bland onion water. This bowl was none of those. Soft notes of all the above makes for a nice change to the heavy tones of other restaurants. In-house meatball is not your typical bouncy tendon ball, but something you would make yourself. I appreciated this refreshing take of a classic bowl of pho.
