Really love this store for quality American made furniture. The staff is amazing and well trained. We're about to buy new living room furniture and they gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. We have a house fill of Lazy Boy furniture and we're replacing a couch that's lasted more than 20 years. That's good stuff!

I first went into the store Thursday morning, May 20 just as the store opened. I found and tried the chair that I wanted and looked around for assistance to close the purchase. No one seem
There were two women working and one of them came over and greeted me. Did not ask any questions, made no comments just walked off to the desk in the back and got on the computer. I waited a couple of minutes before I left.
Friday morning I returned in hopes that there were different people there. They were, all but one, although not helping a guest, I waited until a very nice gentleman named Ronald Hall greeted me and inquired whether anyone was helping me. He proceeded to inform me of some facts about your product and showed other comparable chairs. He was very helpful and well spoken on the product.
If my only encounter was with Mr. Hall, I would have rated my experience at 5 stars. The experience the day before was not good at all. Makes me wonder how many have had the same negative experience.

Salesman was thorough and clear. Friendly and personable. Good product and reasonable price. God’s blessings to you all.
