I can’t say enough great things about this pharmacy. Yamal, Ryan, and Nicole are seriously awesome, kind, friendly, and professional staff... I left the pharmacy (Walgreen’s) that I was at and came here... I have a lot of meds and it was such a headache to go to that other pharmacy. I can’t say enough great things about this staff... I get some of my medication delivered which is awesome and I don’t have to call and they send me a text for my other medication which I can communicate back with them on... When I come in I’m always greeted by name which truly makes my day and makes me feel valued... if your looking for a great pharmacy where they actually put forward the extra effort to make sure your seen about go check them out! You won’t regret it!

My 9 year old daughter is on over 10 different medications and it’s been such a relief to have Cooper Specilty Pharmacy! They have saved me so much time each month. I don’t have to call our local pharmacy and stress over fills any longer.

Cooper offers free overnight delivery and her medications arrive at our doorstep each month.

My doctor sent my prescription over to Cooper Specialty Pharmacy and within only a few hours later, the pharmacy called me to follow up. After taking down my insurance information, they noticed that my doctors office had also sent this prescription to my local pharmacy. The gentleman at Cooper Specialty Pharmacy I was speaking to offered to call my local pharmacy to acquire what my copay would be with them vs the copay Cooper Pharmacy showed on their end. I thought this was fantastic! They totally could have had me call vs them having to take the time to make that call. After he called and spoke to my local pharmacy, the gentleman then called me right back. Cooper Pharmacy had my copay at $0 for the medication whereas my local pharmacy had my copay at $44! Now, this conversation was happening at about 5p and the gentleman I spoke to said they offer FREE next day delivery and that I should expect my medication to arrive the very next day. As he stated, my medication was delivered the next day and by NOON!!
The gentleman I spoke to was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and I just feel he went above and beyond. I totally recommend this pharmacy! Thank you Cooper Specialty Pharmacy for what you represent and for making this patient feel important and valued!
