Urgent Care for Kids - Arlington

I went to the Mansfield location and was turned away even though I arrived at 7:30(an hour and a half before their closing time) This was really frustrating.

I called the Arlington location and Jesus was helpful and told me to come in and my son could be seen.

When arriving in Arlington the front desk was helpful and informative. I waited in my car for about 40 minutes, then was called into a room.

The medical assistant was very patient with my son, who is autistic and not very cooperative at the doctors office.

She was kind and patient and was able to get his vitals from him willingly, and that's saying a lot!

Then she administered a covid test, he was not cooperative for this step. But she was quick, effective and professional

The doctor followed shortly after to listen to my sons lungs and tell us the results of his test. We then we're giving his results and a note so he could go back to school the next day.

As a special needs mom, sometimes it's hard to get quality care when people are not understanding of your child and their needs. That was not the case here. We had an amazing experience and I will certainly be going to this location if either of my children need immediate care.

I have 3 kids and all have been here. Each time I am treated with respect and kindness. They always fit my kids in as a walk in if their books are full. The sign in process is always so smooth and quick. The staff is always on point. I prefer this facility over our primary doc. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you Urgent Care for Kids! You guys are hero’s!!!

My cousin referred me to this place because she had a great experience visiting the Mansfield location. They were prompt, professional and passionate in our encounter. My daughter and I was comfortable the whole visit! Very sagacious decision to make and I absolutely love the excellence the staff walked in 😇

The staff was amazing. Professional and kind from the phone call to the procedure. It’s never easy seeing your kids getting any type of treatment done, but they made it very comfortable.
