  Brandon Rice and the others were very helpful. Able to purchase the perfect color fan and so happy with the customer service, purchased another when we picked up the first !!!!!

  Mrs. Sally Bridges was an amazing help to my husband and I on Sunday 6/26/22 after we decided upon an indoor water fountain and she also helped us with purchasing a great lamp for my office and a bronze statue for our living room area. She’s definitely got great customer service skills which is hard to come by nowadays since the pandemic. She’s our new go to sales personnel from now (this was our 1st visit to any LampsPlus store in the DFW area.

  Stopped in to buy some lamps to go with my new bedroom furniture. Customer service was great. The options were endless. Great prices. I found what I was looking for and then some. I also found some decorative pieces for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Three of the items were in store. One of the items has to be shipped from the factory. The three items were wrapped and were carried to my vehicle by staff. I got home to surprise my wife with her anniversary gifts,and I was the one surprised. To my surprise the gentleman who wrapped the gifts left the price tags on. I was furious, my wife was too excited to care. I was extremely impressed with my in store experience, but was just as disappointed by such a silly mistake. Not the way I wanted to start my anniversary 😕

  Great store, huge selection of styles, sizes. Prices seem high, but they have sales throughout the store. Give it time it might get marked down. Found some good options for both inside and out.

  I was on the hunt new lamps for my home, and left with ideas for photo session props.
  
  The store is divided into easy product sections so one could shop without assistance. There's also product such as furniture and chandeliers that clearly require help from a salesperson. We were approached within 5 minutes and this being a first visit we opted to explore alone. When we had a question, the sales rep was quick to assist.
  
  I left with a chair for a photo session, which isn't why I visited. Their customer loyalty program was offered to me during the checkout process (I joined). Overall, a good experience.
