  We appreciated Hunter coming over and helping us get our gas fireplace right. Not only did he do a great job but he also explained what was going on and how he corrected it. Also cleaned up after himself and was a great person to talk with. Professional and would bring him out again.

  Scott was amazing - worked hard and tried to find a solution for every problem. He went way above and beyond and I’m a customer for life now.
  
  He tried to fix my old grill but it was more cost effective to install this beautiful new one. Problem solved, amazing grill for me!

  Our (new to us) 15+ year old home showed signs the gas fireplace was not operating properly. There was an unusual amount of soot on the bricks, logs, windows, walls, etc.
  
  Nathaniel came out to clean and inspect the fireplace to help us figure out why it was not operating properly. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patiently answered all my questions while helping prioritize least expensive possible solution to most.
  
  We’re starting with a chimney sweep and replacing the broken, old, chalky logs with a new set. If that doesn’t work, we’ll move on to a plumber to have the gas line tested to ensure the proper gas pressure/flow is coming into the fireplace line. Finally, if those remedies still don’t solve the problem, we’ll have the gas valve on the fireplace changed out.
  
  I felt like it was a reasonable price to pay for such great service, knowledge, and experience.

  This particular service was to re-seat the fireplace damper. Not having grown up with fireplaces, I wasn't certain about the correct action to open and close the damper. As a consequence, one side of the damper had become unseated.
  
  Nathaniel arrived right in the middle of the two hour window. He was very courteous and professional. After describing the desired service, he moved the fireplace screen and commenced repair. After the repair, he educated me about the right way to open and close the damper.
  
  This was my second experience with Nathaniel in first choice residential. They had been out previously to repair a remote ignition system that did not have readily available parts. So Nathaniel had to research / locate, order, and install these parts. That was very much appreciated!
