Great agency! Customer service is pronominal & they explain coverage very well to the point where you know exactly what your purchasing. Not pushy at all.

Updating again: Cecy was very sweet and called to personally make sure my policy is corrected and fixed. If you want service Tamara is your person. She is the only reason I am staying, and Cecy owning up to the mistakes on her team's fault and fixing things for me.

Updating my review, because I have had serious issues with my account since signing up. If you call up there speak with Tamara, she is the only one who seems to know what is going on. She is the only reason I haven't left State Farm.

I just spoke with Ruhama McCoy to transfer from Progressive and Farmers. She was so easy to talk to, and kind. She listened to my concerns, and knew her stuff. She explained why certain things were better, and what would work for our family. I really appreciated her chatting with me; I didn't feel like she was annoyed or trying to rush me off. We got equal car insurance, but with a zero comprehensive deductible for cheaper than Progressive. Then we got a lot better renters coverage for not much more than what we are paying. We still ended up saving money, and I don't have to pay a yearly quote to save money. To get discounts with Progressive you have to pay the yearly premium.

I Love this office!! I’ve been with State Farm for over 20 years and Cecy Win is by far the best Agent in the metroplex!! She has a great staff especially Tamera Wood!! We absolutely love her!! She is always making sure our family is taken care of. We have several policies in the office and Tamera keeps them all up to date. Tamera is professional, kind, and hardworking. She always treats us like family.Thank you for all you do to help us and ALWAYS making sure we save money on our insurance. Like a good neighbor TAMERA is there!!

Tamara is awesome. We had a few different life events this year and Tamara made the updating/changing insurance plans easy and hassle free. The whole office is super responsive every time I contact them. Great customer service and professionalism.

I have never had a single problem with State Farm. I have been with them since I was 16 years old and have no intention of ever looking for another insurance company. Not only do they actually care about their clients, they care about getting you the greatest possible value. Cecy, Tamara, and Leslie have been so helpful recently, saving me almost $250 a month. I will always recommend State Farm to people looking for a quality company. Keep up the good work!!!

I transferred both my home and auto policies over to Cecy. Not only was she able to offer me more coverages on both policies for better prices but she was also extremely professional. Cecy is also incredibly kind and down to earth. I felt like I've known her for years. She made everything so easy, answered all of my questions and explained things to me in a way I could understand.
