I love this place! I did the 6 week challenge here and lost 5% body fat and I could not have done it without the training of Matt and Molly’s directed meal plan for me! I did this challenge to get me motivated again but I’m leaving with so much more! This place is full of love and grace and I’m so grateful I did this challenge!! I cannot say enough good things about this place and the Trainers. Matt and Molly are beyond awesome. They motivate you to push yourself and do better. I love that there are lots of class times you can go to, it works great for being self employed. I did the 6 weeks challenge and I couldn’t be happier. I lost 20lbs and 6.4% body fat!! I highly recommend this place. I always hated working out until i came here. Matt and all the girls in the class made it fun and totally worth it!
