Went to this Firestone branch at 6:30pm on a Friday. I had two flat tires due to sliding off the road. There was a lot of debris stuck between the tire and wheel so air is leaking out.

Jeff (advisor) and Ethan (tech) took me in the shop half an hour before they close on a Friday night, and were able to get the rear tire dismounted, cleaned, mounted back, and fill with air! The front tire’s air is leaking very slowly so we skipped them that night just to get home. They finished everything off extremely quickly and professionally and they didn’t even charge me a single penny…

Jeff and Ethan, you guys made me a faithful customer at Firestone, and I just want to say a big THANK YOU for your capability, professionalism, and most importantly, your kindness. I strongly recommend this Firestone branch to anyone who needs help with their vehicle!

We were in town visiting family. I had recently purchased the vehicle we were in and the tires were in horrible shape. Don was working the front room while also lending a hand to the guys in the shop as often as he could. Even though the shop was pretty busy we were warmly welcomed and back on the road in a decent amount of time. (The near by business are within walking distance.)
