  Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, fair, all qualities I expect in an auto shop, bit this isn't an auto shop it's a lube shop, a place you normally would associate with the opposite. While a cap on my tire went missing I can't fault them for forgetting it, as I have in the past. I'd you want things done right, quickly, and with knowledge, go here!

  I will continue to come to this location only. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony and he has amazing customer service. Making sure I don’t feel pressured into buying anything I don’t need while explaining how high mileage oil would do my car wonders. A huge thank you to this team again for their amazing service. He also made sure to get me new wipers and a new air filter. He is a great man and so is his teammates. 1/20/21

  Edit today to give 5 more stars. TRAVIS and team were great today (8/24/20). This seems to be the only location that can change my headlight bulbs. Prev post: Jon and his crew were extremely respectful, curteous and genuinely nice guys. Would definitely recommend this location for great service.

  Professional and prompt company. They came out quickly and removed the bees nest from under a school building in 100 degree heat. They even sent pictures of the nest before they removed it! Best part is that they don't destroy the nests, they take them back to their bee farm. Highly recommend their services.

  Christine and Aaron were great from the start. I had a different bee keeper come prior to calling Christine, and he did not find the hive-just told us they were trying to pick a spot and he sprayed. After several times of calling him back with no resolution, I called Christine to come look at it. Within five minutes she found the hive and was explaining to me how it would be removed. They were quick, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Christine and her team!

  Extremely pleased with response time and service! Christine and son came out and removed the queen and hive in the column of our front porch the day after I emailed her. She patiently educated us on everything going on. It was fascinating! She also told us upfront that it was our responsibility to repair the mortar she would have to break in order to reach the hive. They were careful not to break any bricks so the damage was minimal. This review is long overdue... it was almost 2 years ago :) If only my response time was as fast as Bee Charmer! :)

  Called and they came out same day to help us out. Very fast and excellent service. We unfortunately had to kill the bee hive because the bees were buried in a tree and could not be removed safely. That said Aaron was amazing and did a great job. Talked with our kids and really took time to explain the process and what we needed to watch for after the service. I would highly recommend them.

  I have a rent house and the tenants kept reporting bees. I had pest control go to the house numerous times but were unable to handle the problem. I called Aaron and he got out to the house timely. He was very knowledgeable and made the extraction of the beehive. I would recommend him to anyone!
