  I found myself in a desperate situation when my mother suddenly lost her physical and mental independence. Fortunately, finding a nice nursing home was not a problem. But the task of properly handling her assets, and qualifying her for Medicaid proved overwhelmingly difficult.
  
  It was nothing short of a blessing to find Mr. Charles Kennedy, and be guided through the legal challenges of properly handling my mother's affairs. He tirelessly worked on her case, appraised me of her best options, and guided me through the obstacles of Medicaid qualification.
