Our appraiser was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We wanted an appraisal to assist in protesting our taxes and it turned out that we were paying a lot less than what he would have appraised it for. He ended up coming out for free since he didn't recommend the need for an in depth appraisal. You don't find honesty and service like that very often. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE
