  Mitchiko was nothing short of phenomenal, she worked tirelessly to sell my home, and in the end she got me a MAXIMUM price offer on my home as well as found me a family to lease my home. In the end I went with the lease option but she played both fields equally well and she LISTENED and helped me achieve my goals in the end. In the very beginning she made me a promise to carry out my specific wishes and she did exactly that, she is an exceptional realtor and you will be extremely happy to have her sell your home too! ????

  Mitchiko is awesome! We could not have made it through this process without her! At our first meeting, she asked us lots of questions to determine our home needs and wants. She also helped us develop a budget for our targeted area. She met with us weekly and was available by conference calls when we couldn’t meet in person. Afterward, she emailed a summary of the meeting. We ended up going with new construction, and Mitchiko was our advocate when we talked to the sales agent and project manager. Even after we closed on our home, she contacted us to make sure things were going smoothly. We felt that she represented our best interest in every step of the building process. We are so Blessed that God introduced Mitchiko into our lives and we highly recommend her.

  Somehow I'm limited to 5 stars, but Mitchiko deserves far more than Google allows. A little history about myself and maybe you'll understand why she and her team are amazing. I'm a single female, on a fixed budget who thought I could never afford to purchase a home. I had so many fears, a fair credit score but a willing spirit. :-) When I first met her, she welcomed me with open arms. We met up at Starbucks, she listened to my concerns, diagnosed my budget, set a plan and the rest was history. She assured me that she wouldn't recommend anywhere she wouldn't stay. If I saw a home I loved, she showed it to me and even checked the crime rates in the area. Who does that these days? We went through the process of home buying and every thing I cringed at, she said "Don't worry, that's my job." In little to no time, we found a home that met my needs, affordable and in a decent area. But wait...she and her awesome husband prayed with me before we left. Well, here I am sitting in my new home, UNDER MARKET RENTAL RATE, attempting to let everyone know, Mitchiko is God fearing, humble, thorough, effective, assuring and is now family. Hands down the best realtor out here! Most people say, "Try God" well I say Try Both, you'll be glad you did! Thanks Mitchiko! :-)

  I would highly (if there is a higher than highly, I'd pick that one) recommend working with Mitchiko, if you're looking to buy or sell a house! We linked up through a mutual friend who is a realtor in a different area of the state, and from the very first minute of our conversation over the phone, I KNEW we had the right fit for us, and our home-buying journey. Mitchiko took the time to get to know us as a family, and what our need and wants were, in making one of the biggest decisions of our lives. She asked us during our initial meeting to be honest and up-front with her, and asked the same of us, to be open to her giving us feedback that we might not want to hear. In every home visit we made, she let us look around, talk it out and provide feedback to her. In return, she gave us her opinion and pros/cons of what we were looking at. We literally looked at 15 houses before settling on the very 1st house we looked at. In our hearts - both ours and hers - we all knew this was the house for our family! Throughout the financing process, we talked daily and worked very closely with Mitchiko and the Keller Mortgage finance team. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Mitchiko and her team! I would wholeheartedly recommend her to my family, friends and strangers if they ask!

  Mitchiko is one of the best realtors I have had the opportunity to work with. She was patient, answered all of my questions, showed me homes within my budget. I got on my own nerves with the amount of questions I was asking but Mitchiko was the ultimate professional and made sure I was comfortable and we found the right home for my families needs. I couldnt be more pleased with the hard work and time she put into helping my family. Mitchiko is know apart of our family and she cant get rid of us if she wanted too!
