“Today was my third time visiting the office and all three visits have been exceptional. The office is always decorated for the season, making the environment super friendly. Sophia was kind, gentle, and even remembered specifics about my life from my previous visit! She is wonderful. Stephanie scanned me to be fitted and made the experience a quick and painless one. “BR ice cream itself is great if you like traditional, hard ice cream (I do!). I love that they have a new featured flavor or 2 every month to make it more interesting. This location has its pros and cons though. It's nice to have an ice cream shop in Central QC, and most of the time, when I go, the employees are at least attentive, if not friendly. You can sample as many flavors as you want, and they always have water and cups available for customers. They are really good about letting me customize my orders too. The thing I've noticed though is that there are frequently only teenage employees with no supervision, which means that no one is cleaning up regularly, they are antsy to close up when it gets within an hour of closing time, and a few of them lack basic necessary customer service skills and food service skills. I continue to go back because of the location and for some favorite flavors, but I do wish the owners would do something to take some pride in the appearance of their shop and in the way they train their employees.”

“I had my head impacted in a bad soccer game, and the coach encouraged me to go to the Surepoint Emergency Center Arlington. I was nervous, but the nurse made me feel comfortable, and then the doctor came, and he was very kind and did a thorough exam. He asked some basic questions to check whether I recollected everything and how I ended up at the emergency center. He asked me to get some tests done to confirm that there aren’t any internal injuries. Then, he recommended the in-house lab to save time and additional hassle. After proper diagnosis, they gave me some medicine right away and told me to rest for a few days before returning to school.”

“I was in the hospital 32days. Countless doctors, tests, procedures and still felt like it a roll of the dice? Except for a couple consistent Doc.'s and Nurse's it was crazy, I've seen coma patients be released sooner, I just couldn't keep anything down. Every night or every morning even Sunday's before his church, Dr.Bowers would quietly come in my room, go over my file, and say I'm going to figure this out!!! After he did just that, I had surgery, and a drain. But I live kinda far and he kept that in mind: he made it so that my home health nurses could remove the drain and he did this really cool knot on the inside. So after the drain was gone, they pulled the strings and the knots pulled my skin closed and I didn't have to drive to Arlington to have him do that. IT WAS SO COOL. He is very thoughtful . He thinks outside the box. He ordered tests that no one else had, that it turns out I needed. I haven't seen him in years but a friend may need him, so l'm making sure he's got my review, (and he likes dogs, Only good people like like dogs....) Thank you Dr. Bowers”

They discuss everything, make sure you're as comfortable as you can be, I've seen the nurse practitioner as well as the doctor and I'll be going to them as long as they're there, I've finally found a gyny that I like and feel safe with. That's invaluable.”

“I brought my girls here for pediatric care and when we went to the office , we loved it ! Everyone was really kind and it had an old timely feel .. taking me back to my childhood .. we really like it . My only issue is that my daughter was put on an antidepressant and now getting a refill is challenging . I went in personally 2 days ago because I couldn’t get through on phone . I was told the refill would be called in .. 2 days later still nothing! My daughter is 12 and because of her saratonin levels going crazy this girl won’t get out of bed and just doesn’t care about anything. I’m really frustrated with this .”
