“Joe and his men were cool people, outside of business I think we would be good friends. Joe was always quick to respond, funny and friendly. I gave 4 stars because I did have some damage to my furniture and after payment was done, any response ended. They have insurance but I guess if its not something worth over $1,000(which they charge 3rd party insurance for) then it doesn’t matter to them. Not only that but they were also an HOUR late AND when they arrived kept telling me every additional charge there would be even though I was told there were “no hidden fee’s”. I would probably still hire again simply because they have competitive rates but would make sure that my furniture is better taken care of.”
