He installed 2 water heaters at our home and we have called him back for several other things including leaks and dripping faucets, etc. He always asks many questions to get to the root of the problem and has been able to promptly diagnose the issue. We would highly recommend him over big name, large companies because of his attention to detail and overall skill level as a master plumber.”

“Tucker is fantastic to task with. Professional, knowledgeable and gets the task done. We have done several jobs with Tucker and the company that he works with. We would be willing to have him task for us anytime. Although good workmanship, the company is overpriced compared to others. I do not have good things to say about his supervisor Greg. He was rude, obnoxious and a liar (to both me and my wife and, on multiple occasions). He has no customer service or people skills. I've been told others feel the same way. Go out of your way to work with anyone at the company except Greg. If we are ever put into the position of having to work with Greg, we will go somewhere else and recommend that you do the same. The administrative staff was wonderful on the phones, they were always and, were excellent with follow up.”
