The experience for me has been absolutely wonderful, the fear and concern of a loved one being taken care of by someone who is not you are related, was scary and overwhelming for me. I wanted to be sure that she would be respected and cared for as I would be towards her, the caregivers and staff are very patient, gentle and kind to her. You probably think "How would you know", I have cameras in her room, because of the horrible place we were before. I have a calming peace of mind about her care and well being.
