Roughly 1 year had passed and I decided I wanted to compete in my first "Physique Competition." Over the span of 12 weeks Stephen worked with me every other day tweaking my diet and workouts to hit my mark for my first show. I will continue to use "Core Condition Fitness," moving forward!”

On a good note, i can attest that this doctor’s office is very accountable to their patrons; they are EXTREMELY flexible scheduling wise and just generally VERY easy to deal with (Doctor included). Doctor is straight to business, no-non sense/ make chit chat type I suppose, but that’s not a reason to be overly critical about on google!
