I made the decision to switch insurance agents (had the same one for YEARS) and I am SO glad I did. He was SO responsive and worked hard to get us the best deal he could. He followed up on the 1st day our insurance went into effect to see if we needed anything and to make sure we received our insurance cards - I mean WHO even does that! Such amazing customer service. I haven’t had to file a claim yet (thank god), but I feel that I am in good hands. :) Make the switch, you won’t regret it.
