I needed to update my current Estate planning documents. I spoke to Beverly. She was patient and listened carefully to what I needed to do.
She was quick to respond to all my questions via e-mail before the documents were completed. On the day of signing Sara went over , at my speed ,all the forms while answering all my questions along the way. The presentation was beautiful. Everything was in a very nice, neat 3 ring binder. Very organized.
I met Beth when I picked everything up when they were finished. She, also , was very professional and caring. She made me feel like I was a valued customer. They all were so nice and friendly yet very professional.
