I suffered from a build up fluid trapped in my ears for three weeks with an infection. My very good primary Dr. referred me to Dr. Railsback, however I couldn't be seen as quickly as I needed so I saw another ENT first. This ENT had no solution for me. He said surgery was an option if the fluid persisted for another MONTH or so.
I got in to see Dr. Railsback and after examination he provided me with an OTC remedy and said that would do the trick. I heard clearly and discharged all fluid from my ear in about 24 hours of using the remedy. All that after three weeks of other remedies not working (not to mentioned the monies spent!). Thank you Dr. Railsback.
I had a great experience the staff were nice and helpful. When I met dr railsback he was very friendly and nice & He was very helpful and told me what i need to do for 3 weeks regards to my diagnosis, tonsillitis & if I don't get better i need to go back in and figure what to do.
It has been only one visit so I will update as I go, but my first impression of Dr. Railsback is fabulous. I was actually seen like 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time! Something I've never experienced in a medical seeting. Although this was a first consultation and very short (maybe 10 minutes) He listened to what I had to say and seemed to really care. He was very nice. I look forward to any future appointments with him.
