  The whole staff is very nice, and my doctor is awesome! I've not met the other doctors, but I never hear anyone complain.

  I've been a patient for several years and have always been pleased with my care. The staff is very good and attentive. I rarely wait very long to be called. That's especially important for me as I get there on time and expect the same from them. They usually come through. It's a very well organized office.
  
  The doc (Gill) asks all the right questions and watches all the important derails. With my medical history, that's important.
  
  One thing I really appreciate is they have a Quest Diagnostics lab in the office so I can get any tests done immediately and the doc gets the information right away.
  
  All in all, I'm pleased and recommend AIM. (The name changed recently to Texas Health Internal Medicine.) They are connected via the Texas Health Resources Group so your records here and at HEB Hospital are readily available to both, meaning your PCP and the Hospital have the same information about you including your meds.
  
  Update: Dr. Gill retired and I transferred to Dr. Kim. Fantastic doctor! Patoent. Listened carefully and I felt we'll have as good a relationship as I had with Dr. Gill.

  Dr Kim is great. He is kind. Listens to you. Is caring and a really good doctor. I love his office staff as well. They are courteous,kind and efficient

  Calling the AIM office (doctors' offices) is the most pleasant experience one could have calling a doctor's office. The people are so patient, kind and willing to go to great lengths to help you with your reason for calling. We like the doctors and other personnel, too. Great people. (not a paid political advertisement)
