Floss & Gloss Dental Clinic - Dentist in Bedford, TX

I am very pleased with floss and gloss. There are so many great things to say about this place, I would be all day writing. Let me sum it by saying the work they done on my son's mouth is an A+. The customer service is Wonderful. The Dr. makes you feel comfortable and is very compassionate in her work. I would highly recommend this place.

I can’t begin to even say how amazing this office was. I had come in for a second opinion. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful and literally made me feel like we had been friends forever. Dr. Patel was so good at explaining everything to me and helping me feel assured that it was going to be okay. I will update my review after my procedure is done.

Updating to add: today I went in for my procedure I was beyond nervous and anxious, Dr Patel, Javier, Lucy and Tracy were all so kind, patient and caring. They helped me to feel safe and comfortable. I am recovering now. I can say that Dr Patel did wonderful work so far! I will update again once I have healed.

I visited Floss and Gloss for the first time yesterday and had a very positive experience.

Javier was very friendly and professional and he went above and beyond by showing me my x-rays after I mentioned that I haven't seen them since my wisdom teeth were removed.

Dr. Nilam Patel performed my exam and discovered a cavity shortly before my cleaning. After my cleaning was complete, they offered to get it taken care of in this same appointment. This is by far the biggest plus; every other dentist I've been to required a second appointment for services that were outside of the scope of the initial appointment. I really appreciate them respecting my time and I have not noticed a difference in my bite whatsoever in the 14 hours or so that it's been since the filling was completed.

Back for my 6mos checkup & cleaning. I Love Floss & Gloss More each time I go. Front office ladies are Great. Bethany cleaned my teeth & she is “Top Notch”. Weird I think Dr N Patel gets younger every time I see her. They got me back within 5 mins of my arrival. Absolutely No kidding here. Excellent office. I’ll be back‼️

Everyone was so helpful, from the support staff to Dr. Patel. Karen was a doll and made me feel super at ease (which is hard to do especially while taking all of those x rays!!). Dr. Patel explained everything to me in simple terms so I had an actual understanding of the procedures that I need to have done. Floss N Gloss is great!
