  DR. Erdman is Very professional and extremely knowledgeable, she takes the time to listen and understand the problems you have to adjust you accordingly! She is the best chiropractor around!!

  I have been seeing Dr E for about a year, and I can't say enough good things about her and my experience at AYF. I moved to Texas 2 years ago and had a hard time finding a chiropractor who offered Pro-Adjuster services, so I had to go back to standard manipulation. Another Dr had adjusted my neck and things went bad, it was just before a the Dr went on vacation, so I couldn't get back in right away. Went to my PC Dr and got pills and an x-ray. I was referred to Dr E by my chiropractor in my prior state and it was a life saver. She used both Pro-Adjuster, some manual manipulation and had me back to normal within about 4 appointments. She did the most comprehensive exam and history I have ever had and spends time before a treatment checking out my problem areas as well as my whole back. I highly recommend her to my friends and family and appointments are easily obtained. I see her for my lower back issues often and always get set right in short order. Thanks Dr. E.

  LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! I fell down a flight of stairs while out of town and was in bad shape! I called them the day I came back into town and they got me in on the same day! Would recommend to everyone in need!

  Dr. Erdman is a good chiropractor. She is very thorough and is very conscientious about what she does. She can feel the exact areas where I am having problems without me even telling her which is a testimonial to her training. I will continue to go to her as long as needed.

  Dr. Erdmann is a fantastic Chiropractor! Never disappoints! She not only fixes my aches and pains, she fixes my wife’s as well!! 5 plus stars rating! Definitely would recommend her!
