  I have been doing CrossFit for the last 4 years, been an athlete my whole life and played college sports. Candy rocked my day. It was just a completely different style of fitness. She really knows how to program and coach.
  
  Another awesome part of the community was that everyone was doing some version of the same workout. There was people there who were 30 and some members who were 60 and every person was giving it their all.
  
  If you think you are “too fit” for this or you think you are “not fit enough”... you are wrong.
  
  Get your buns in there and give it a try!

  Fully decorated looking as new building and new equipment has made this gym awesome.Highly maintained and high standards.I recommend it to everyone.

  It's a great gym with wonderful staff. It's a friendly environment with everyone working together and supporting each other in their fitness goals. The workouts are tough but well organized. The staff walk around and encourage you, while checking your form to make sure you get the most out of your workout. The gym is always clean. Pricing is very fair, with a couple of different options.

  Fantastic place to work out with a wonderful atmosphere. Goals are met here because they genuinely care. Each visit is like a family reunion, only you're working out instead of eating.
