I had the wonderful experience of having Randibeth help me. I needed boxes to move my home. When I arrived randi had just got her shipment order in, I needed a tape gun and instead of saying she didn’t have one she went to the back where her shipment was and got me one. She had great customer service, she was very knowledgeable about everything. It was refreshing to see someone take their job seriously and also be friendly and have a good attitude, you don’t see that a lot anymore. You can tell that she cares about her job, and that’s a rare find. Thank you randi for making my moving experience easy, and for having such a good attitude, also thank you for carrying my boxes to my car for me! You went above and beyond!

Randibeth was great! She was friendly, yet professional. She was extremely knowledgeable, so much so I had only a couple of questions.

Initially I planned to look around and compare storage facilities but due to my experience with Randibeth, I choose to go with public storage.

Just had the pleasure of dealing with Randi at Public Storage at Rendon Crowley. My issue was my lost key- she made the process of replacing the key so easy! Today, it is so refreshing to be helped by business personnel- great job Randi- you made my day a little brighter!!

Best place to store your belongings. The staff was amazing especially Matt Cobb. He helped me find the appropriate size unit for my things. My building was very clean which is a must for me!
