I went to the Colleyville location to have my remote fobs duplicated on both my and my wife's vehicles and Jonathan was my service advisor. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Jonathan was not only knowledgeable but also extremely friendly and efficient in getting everything completed for me. I then went home and got my wife's vehicle and returned and he dropped what he was doing and repeated the process. I was so pleased to have gotten this done so fast and very pleased with the final outcome. I can't recommend Michaels key's and Jonathan more highly and will use them for everything security related moving forward. Thank you!

A while back, I had my only key break in my off-brand motorcycle. This was the only place within the DFW area that was willing to extract the old key and mold a new key, all within a day. I plan to make the drive from Arlington any time I need any keys made. Excellent service.
