Sparkling Image Car Wash

These guys have given me great service for years. Every now and then we have a minor mixup on the service (happens in every business) but they always go above and beyond to make it even more than right. Only place I will go!!!

Instructions are not super clear when you pull up and the employees may get angry with you if you don't follow the hidden directions they know and you don't. Front desk and sales team are great!

If your expecting a full interior wipe down, you won't find it here without a detail package which they don't tell you about until your inside paying and your car is already signed up for a wash.

For $34, you can get RainX, carwash, an 8 out of 10 vacuum, hand drying, and partial interior wipe down of the high spots.

You get what you pay for. Patience is required from you the customer for some employees as they won't give it to you. Other employees are amazing and take the time to work with you and talk to you.

4 out of 5 because it's worth the money but would be a 3 if not for the customer service rep and the front desk lady.

The first time I purchased the ultimate wash here, the one employee forgot to vacuum my trunk. I hadn't realized it until I got home. I called to let the mgr. to let him know. He apologized and allowed me to return for the same car wash. It wasn't until six weeks later that I returned to get the free wash. The employees of Sparkling Car Wash did a magnificent job, and I will continue to come back!
