Excellent transaction. The entire staff is knowledgeable when it comes to their product. No high pressure sales tactics. Pricing is phenomenal and they went out of their way to get the deal we wanted done.

Excellent experience today with our mattress purchase. Our salesman, Justin Robinson, was patient and Knowledgeable in his explanation of each feature of the various mattress. He took the time to learn what we were looking for and direct us towards certain product that best met our shopping criteria. We found the one that checked all the boxes and arranged for payment and pickup in a short amount of time. Very pleased with our experience and would recommend this business to family and friends.

Update 1/4/21: went back for another mattress, this time a queen size. Same great service, same great purchase experience. Sean took the time to listen to our needs and help select the one. Delivery experience was very professional, they gave us a call in the morning to arrange a time frame, then called again when they were 10 minutes out. Awesome company to deal with.

Lots of promises and do not follow through. This is my second mattress and not happy with my mattress or this company. Will never refer to anyone. Be careful and make sure you get all your paperwork and everything signed and in writing. It will cost more money to pay a restocking fee and another delivery fee and promised to set the financing to 48 months no interest if paid in full and still not fixed. Be careful. 😡

On 1-4-2021 talked to the District Manager and we were able to come to a conclusion and make things right. I am very happy with the conclusion and the outcome. Great customer service by the District Manager. He will follow through with making the customer happy and I really appreciate the call and concern to make things right for everyone. Dylan was an awesome help and sold me an awesome mattress. This place is professional with very educated salesman. Wife and I really had no idea what we wanted but after these guys being so patient with us and educating us on what’s important, we are leaving this place very happy customers. Strongly recommend!
