I also work a desk job and struggle with sore muscles and tightness in my hips. The recovery aspect of these classes is amazing. I love the Yoga, Barre none, cycling, everything I have tried has been amazing. Now let’s talk about the STAFF. The girl who signed me up was mostly why I joined. She was so informative and friendly. This was a whole new world to me and I was somewhat nervous finding my way around. The other staff members I have met have been so cheerful and kind. Angelique especially is extremely helpful and kind. This is my only HOTWORX experience, but I love this location so much! I see myself staying a while.”
