“I have been a member of several yoga studios over the years but Inspire Yoga in Colleyville is by far my favorite. I joined 9 months ago and have loved every minute. The instructors are incredible - every class is unique because the instructors create their own yoga flows. Each instructor has their own style - I love the variety and it keeps me challenged. I have found my time at Inspire to be the most well-rounded yoga workouts I've had in my 20+ years of yoga practice. The location itself is terrific: immaculately clean bathrooms with showers, excellent yoga props/equipment, and a large yoga room with plenty of space for your practice. Best of all is the atmosphere - the staff and students are all super friendly and welcoming.”

She knows her stuff, she is kind and caring and really works with patients to develop a treatment plan that works for them. She makes sure you understand by her thorough explanations and the time she takes with each and every patient. She has had to of been in the industry a long time because she is so smart and knowledgeable about the procedures and makes sure your well prepared for surgery. She is an excellent Manager who truly cares about the patients. I just love everyone at Dr Oliver’s office but especially Sonia and Dr Oliver. Dr Oliver is very sweet, gentle and the best dentist I have been to. What he’s done to improve my smile is priceless. The challenges are fun. I look forward to class and try to attend about 4-5 times a week to the classic class. The unlimited plan is affordable and worth it. There is a nice variety of clothes and socks, etc. out front to explore and purchase for part of the experience.”
