“I have been a patient at POTS Care for a little over a year now. I believe, with my whole heart, that God sent me to Dr. Driscoll and her facility. The road to recovery is anything but easy. “Editing to add: I finally received a call back from Mary, who was apologetic and very helpful in making an appointment for me, which I appreciate very much.. I am shocked to hear that ANYONE has had a good experience with the office staff. Dr. Roopa was great, but I have been trying to make an appointment for 2 months, have left 6 voice-mails in that time, and no one has called me back. I'm currently calling and the after hours answering service is coming on, during business hours. Maybe a lunch break, obviously much needed after not returning calls all morning. Great Endos are hard to find.”

“I have been on the "bad haircuts as I hunt for a new stylist" train for a while now. Finally found Christina and the search is over. She actually took the time to ask me what I wanted and what I didn't like about the previous 6 months worth of haircuts. "First cuts" by any stylist really show if they listen and I love mine! She not only fixed the previous 6 months of bad as best she could (did recommend I let parts grow out some more, which I have to agree with), but made it so I am happy with my hair for the first time this year. I don't have a hard haircut, but I have complicated hair (lots of curls in some spots and none in others). Another plus to me is that at no time did I feel like she was rushing to get to the next customer. I like to feel like a haircut is a time to relax and be pampered for just a bit. Her room is clean and simple, not overdone and busy. Overall it's very relaxing and laid back. I felt like she not only wanted to get it right but also wanted us BOTH to be happy with the results. I booked the deluxe, so also did a relaxing facial plus neck and arm massage. Again this did not feel rushed. If you are looking for a professional stylist that does not just see you as a paycheck, but as a person that she wants to cultivate into a life long customer, give her a shot. You will be impressed.”

“For almost 3 years I’ve had back pain due to a herniated disk. I had to take 2 steroid shots to my lower back followed by physical therapy for 3 months. In the end, I don’t know if the physical therapy worked or it was simply the steroid shot that I received. However, In the last couple of months I started to get the pain again, but this time it was worse than ever before. To the point where I could not even get out of bed or drive for more than 30 minutes before my back would start aching with pain. I had no idea what my next step would be? Did I need to get the second session of steroid shots? continue taking pain medication on a daily basis to help ease the pain? I never considered acupuncture until one day my wife suggested it. She was kind enough to find this location and boy am I glad I came here. Dr. Henry Li has not only found a way to completely eliminate the pain after only having 4 sessions. He is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and says. He has a very simple and friendly way of explaining how the human body functions and how one should care and make your health a top priority. I can honestly say choosing acupuncture to help reduce the pain was the best decision I have ever made. His procedures are fast, simple and, you don’t feel any type of pain during the procedure. Dr. Li has not only helped me restore my energy back but has returned hope into my life. At 36 yrs. old I dreaded the idea that I would have to undergo back surgery.
