Crowley Nursing and Rehabilitation

I give this place a 5 because there are some great people that work there I’m writing this because as an employee when something goes wrong who do you talk to I genuinely love my job I love the different people that come they the door or when the residents decide to roll up and sit next to me. Second shift it’s always a problem and I would constantly say something and the DON Would always make me feel like I’m dead wrong for speaking up for the residents well last week a resident called he had been sitting in his Bm for over 2 hours there was nobody to help change him and my heart broke in pieces so I helped I know I’m not supposed to and I’m constantly telling nurses and med techs when a resident need help but nobody listens so I went to work the next day when I got to work I went in and I was telling the staff what was going on and yes I know I should Not have helped the residentshould have just left him with the BM until they figured out but my heart would not let me but the Don just talked to me like a nobody and it’s not the first time I felt embarrassed I felt belittle I felt like a nobody they say call her when something is wrong but she never answer the phone. she goes outside and smoke 5 million cigarettes but she never have time for the residents family member or employees ask me how I know because I answered the phones and I listened to family members call overs and over again she doesn’t deserve that spot CHI should be the Don he is an all around Good Nurse and most of all HE LISTENS TO ThE Residents

I am the Administrator at Crowley Nursing & Rehab since 10-1-21 that is when HMG took over Senior Care and I cannot express enough the joy, happiness it has brought to my life. I have been with HMG for 3 years and it's a wonderful company to be a part of. They care about there residents and employees, have been successful with all there facilities. My goal is to bring that to Crowley and slowly we have seen progress with the amazing staff. The staff that we are recruiting are the ones who fit like a puzzle. I could not ask for such a wonderful team who care and have compassion not only for the wonderful residents but also the staff. In the 3 months that I have been there I can sure say It's home away from home. I enjoy going (to what I call my other home and family) to my facility at Crowley. I want family members to know that they can reach me anytime 24/7. We are and will make a difference. It will probably never be 100% but I can sure say we will always strive for the best and correct any upcoming concerns. My whole team of department heads, Nursing team, DON have either been a little before me or after me. Together we have made a difference and will continue to do so. I could not ask for anything more It's been a blessing and found my calling to make a difference in people's lives.

Very good place for taking care of loved family members we got great service here..
