My family and I have been patients for over 15 years, and every doctor I have seen here has always gone out of their way to make sure all my questions are answered and address any other health concerns I might have. Courtney in the allergy department is AMAZING! I recently had an issue with my insurance and Amanda in billing came in, took charge of the situation right there in the office while I was on the phone with my insurance company. She explained everything every step of the way, and got it handled. She has the knowledge and a passion for her job and it translated to pure EXCELLENCE! Well done Total Care for employing such remarkably amazing staff members!
