“After coming across their profile on Instagram and having an introductory phone conversation with Joe, we hired Modern Room Remodels to tile the area around our fireplace. Joe was professional, timely, neat, and knowledgeable. Joe is familiar with industry best practices and provided additional recommendations on installation and design. The entire Modern Room Remodels crew was kind and respectful of my family and our house. My only regret is not having used Modern Room Remodels for earlier projects. We are extremely pleased with the work that Modern Room Remodels did, and there is no doubt that we will be using Joe for all tiling project going forward. To provide additional perspective, we have completed tiling projects prior to using Modern Room Remodels. Both contractors left much to be desired when it came to installation (uneven grout lines and raised tiles) and design (not being knowledgeable about the installation style and pattern). “I had my whole life in storage here for several months. My only issue was the mouse that got into from the next unit over when it got cold. Due to that I recommend sealing EVERYTHING. Just to be safe. I had to move in a hurry so I had two boxes that weren't able to close, one of those had a few mouse droppings in it, but no damage or pee so it's fine. They are NOT temp controlled, but do well in a pinch. Never had issues getting past the gate and the staff always helped me via phone when I would forget my account login. I would say if you are storing things that aren't electrical, this will work wonders.”

“Even though I live in Crowley and I frequent the store a lot I still love the place and recommend it to anyone getting gas beer or snacks. They even have merchandise that you might use or need around your house instead of having to go to a big store if your in a pinch . It's kind of like a little shopping area separate from the regular store and they also have pictures and cool items you don't find and other gas stations.”
