  Stayed the night here before an early morning flight. Nice being so close to the airport. This hotel was clean. Nicely decorated. Eric, who checked us in was great. He was friendly, made good conversation. He also helped me with my screw up entering the airport. The parking/access ticket system the airport has in place is dumb and confusing. The rooms are nice and clean. I was able to get an allergy free room. They have a air filter in room. They also provide scent free soaps and shampoos. The next morning I noticed I forgot my toothbrush. They had a complementary one with toothpaste at the front desk. They also have shuttles running you to the different terminals to get you there quicker. This hotel is a little more expensive than other hotels, but the conveniences more than make up for it.

  Nice hotel with a friendly staff. For being at he airport the rooms are quiet. Unless you get an end room next to the service elevator. Pretty much constantly groaning, vibrating, and mechanical noise from 5a to midnight. A nice view of the airport from some rooms.
  If want to get off the airport check out the Grapevine Shuttle. $5 to ride it all day. It will take you anywhere in Grapevine, Texas. A great town, shopping, entertainment and dining.

  All was five star, front desk, room was top notch and clean, room service great, shuttle good. Bed was VERY hard, not at all comfortable. I realize some like hard, not me. Would return/recommend, but will bring my topper!!

  Really great stay... The room was in perfect condition, beds were very comfortable, and for an airport on property it was very quiet. Really great people who went above and beyond to help and provide excellent service. Would absolutely stay here and other Hyatt properties due to this experience again. Great room, excellent service, super value.

  A lovely place to stay. I had the pleasure of staying a month ago. The room was beautiful, the view was incredible, and the room service was top notch! I highly recommend their pancakes! Service was polite and everyone was very friendly. Needless to say, I am now a Hyatt member for life!
